Job profile:The Security Operations Manager provides security services for designated sites in the country/ region. You are responsible for delivering effective and efficient physical security operations and security programs that protect the client's critical infrastructure. You ensure that your teams are fully trained and have all the necessary knowledge needed to perform their jobs successfully.Key Responsibilities:Policies and procedures? Implementing and maintaining security procedures to meet required Standard Operating Procedures? Support Regional Operations Manager in developing new security procedures and policies? Enhancing and maintaining the high quality of security services, you and your teams are always audit readyTraining? Coordination and scheduling of security training? Training of security team in client’s policies and SOP’s? Identify individual training needs of supervisors and act accordingly? Support Regional Operations Manager in the development of training materialsSupervising and Monitoring? Supervising the security supervisors on a daily basis? Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security supervisors? Oversees site-level operation of security systems and timely completion of projects and tasks? Responsible for the maintenance and correct functioning of security equipmentReporting and documentation? Meeting regularly with Client and Securitas management representatives for accountreviews, while addressing any actual or potential problem, support of security planning? Manages and reviews security reports, works with security personnel to ensure accurate and timely reporting? Participating in cross-functional and international teams to provide subject matterexpertise and input into new facility planning to ensure adherence to safety and security issues? Listens to the customer and seeks to provide highly effective solutions to accomplish the customer's goals? Implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), tracking tools, scorecards andreporting methods in cooperation with the Area Security Manager to enhance security team effectiveness and performance? Close collaboration with local Securitas management team regarding scheduling, recruiting, retention and further specific HR related mattersMinimum hiring standards? At least 23 years of age.? Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)? Ability to speak, read, and write English at C1 English (Advanced) according CEFR levels required.? Participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drugscreen and background investigation.? Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, country and municipallicensing requirements for Security Officers.Education and experience? Work experience in Data Center branche, public service (police, fire department) or military is a preference.? High school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.? Having 4 years of security supervisory experience.? Having 2 years of management experience is highly preferred? Data center security experience.? Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.Special requirements? Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency event or crisis.? Able and willing to travel across countriesCompetences? Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed individual with analytical and problem-solving skills.? Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and/or challenging circumstances.? Ability to adapt to new and fast changing environments.?
