- Prepare the kitchen and supervise the use of pots and equipment such as knives, pans and kitchen scales- Kitchen management and the full responsibility of all kitchen members.- Study each recipe and collect all the ingredients needed to prepare meals.- Cook and make sure to serve in time - Full responsibility for any brand we have and any future brand- Send reports if there are any observations in the housing - Full responsibility for managing cooking operations and the needs of each product and meal- Monthly inventory of all foodstuffs .- Delegate tasks to the kitchen team.- Inform the staff of daily dishes and select daily menus.- Supervising the regular delivery of attractive dishes.- Supervise chefs and provide assistance when needed- Familiarity with all physical and practical health laws and regulations and work to implement them on the ground.- Enact internal regulations that limit the commission of any violations, including municipal violations, and avoid cases of poisoning- Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and orders.- Monitor food stocks and report needs periodically.- Make sure and review the catering in a fresh condition.- Review recipes, make sure the ingredients and taste are right and make suggestions to improve taste.- Supervising the application of occupational health and safety regulations for the team within the kitchen
