Job responsibilities will include following:User support:- Desktop and laptop new installation and maintenance- Network printer installation and manage multiple devices like biometric.- Managing MFP devices, IP telephones etc.- Managing user required tools/software’s and providing necessary support.- Manage and provide IT support required at the remote offices and warehouses- Manage low current environment, NVR, CCTVEmail, office tools like MS office:- Managing office 365 admin and related products- Email backups/retrieval/archivesGeneral:- Vendor dealing taking quotations / proposals, communicating with vendors.- Doing follow-ups with other internal depts such purchase/finance etc. on invoices, purchase orders etc.
