- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements- Manage marketing and advertisements plans- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of Sales Efforts- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures for the sales department. 9. Provide technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.- Secure and renew orders to match the yearly sales target- Register all products on SABER and according to KSA customs and SASO regulations- Coordinate with transportation and clearance agencies to clear the material from ports and deliver it to customers or to the FLUCON warehouse- Ability to follow up with customers after delivery, check customer satisfaction, submit required certificates, products performance, and report problems if any- To follow up with customers for invoice collection.
