- Following up the annual executive plan and its quarterly outputs (technical and financial), identifying any challenges that may arise, and providing solutions to bridge them in order to achieve the planned quantitative, qualitative and financial outputs.- Preparing and following up the implementation plan for projects and their detailed budget.- Participate in the evaluation committees of project proposals received when needed- Preparing project files for project grant agreement preparation requirements- Preparing project implementation agreements with partner agencies- Preparing and implementing the project monitoring and evaluation plan, including the field visit plan- Follow-up and supervise the implementation of project components and follow-up on achieving the planned outputs and allocated budgets in accordance with the Operations Manual and donor conditions.- Preparing work progress reports and technical and financial reports periodically.- Commitment to applying the procedures stipulated in the Program Operations Manual regarding the management of grants and projects and the use of relevant forms.- Reviewing the request for financial payments submitted by the partners and verifying that they meet all the necessary requirements, then approving them and transferring them to the Financial Department for auditing and disbursement according to the procedures followed in the work area.- Carrying out field visits to projects under implementation as much as possible and evaluating the implementation performance of partners.- Preparing technical and financial reports for donors on time and according to the necessary requirements to be sent to donors- Follow up on entering and updating all data related to projects within the ERP computerized resource management system, taking into account the accuracy of the data and closing the projects as required.- Work with the Programs and Projects team and the Resource Development Department to develop proposals for new projects- Carry out any tasks assigned to him/her by the direct manager
