Responsibilities for the Position:1. Maintain updated records & documentation (filing) in a professional and accurate manner.2. Improve and update the office filing system.3. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.4. Perform a variety of office procedures by helping the CEO & the team and accomplishing expected results as needed.5. Screen and direct phone calls & emails.6. Format & draft memos, emails, presentations, and letters for both internal and external correspondence.7. Maintain office attendance device records.8. Help conserve executives' time by reading, researching, planning/scheduling meetings & note-taking.9. Demonstrate effective professional communication skills between management & all other members of the team as well as external visitors to the company.Your Success in the Role after 12 Months Will Be Measured By:1. A complete up-to-date office filing system for all employee files and legal correspondence. (including e-filing)2. Showing proper communication between management and employees in regard to solving problems and coordination.3. Accurate analytical reports & memos as requested by Management.4. Accurate organization and timekeeping.
