• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance. • Maintenance such as Window, Split and Package Central system. • Perform work survey. • Coordinate with client for set job. • Report back all completed work and update system mobile app. • Maintain clean at good condition car and tools.• Drive a company car as team of 2 people. • Preform specialized maintenance activity with specialty mainly and any other spatiality, when needed. • knowledge of low current systems, such Fire Alarm, AC, plumbing, instillation, and CCTV.• Prepare for the job in terms of tools and spare parts.
